QR Codes can be printed on placemats, menu holders, table stickers, window decals or any surface. We recommend placing them where customers can easily scan them.
No, QR Codes do not expire. As long as your subscription is active, the link remains functional. Even if you modify the menu, the QR Code stays the same.
No, the QR Code always stays the same. Menu changes are immediately visible to customers who scan the code, without having to reprint anything.
registration and access
After registering and confirming your email address, you can log into TAQR and create your first venue (bar, restaurant, etc.). To manage menus, you need to subscribe to one of the available plans.
You can register by entering only a valid email address and a password. In your user profile, you can enter your name.
Yes, you can change your password at any time from the 'My Profile' section. If you forgot it, use the 'Forgot password' feature on the login page.
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us via email at support@taqr.app or chat. We will process the deletion within 48 hours as required by GDPR.
billing
We use a prorating system. If you upgrade to a higher plan, Stripe will calculate the unused value of your current plan and subtract it from the cost of the new plan. You will only pay the difference for the remaining days until the next renewal.
No, you will only pay the prorated difference. For example, if you are halfway through your monthly cycle and switch to a plan that costs €10 more, you will only be charged €5 to cover the rest of the current month.
Yes, when you upgrade, Stripe generates an invoice for the prorated amount and the charge occurs simultaneously with the change to immediately activate the new features on your account.
When switching to a cheaper plan, the credit for unused time on the higher plan will be automatically applied as a discount on your next available invoice. You will not lose the credit already paid.
You can manage your subscription and download invoice history at any time from the Dashboard by clicking on the 'All Venues' section. Select the venue you want and then click the Manage Subscription button. You will be redirected to Stripe's customer portal where you can download all your invoices.

Yes, we offer a free trial period for new customers. You can test all features without entering payment details. The trial duration is indicated on each plan.
You can cancel at any time by entering the venue edit page and clicking 'Manage subscription' in the top right. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, then it will not renew.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, through Stripe, the most secure payment system in the world.
If the subscription expires or is cancelled, your menus will no longer be visible to customers. Your data will remain saved for 60 days, allowing you to reactivate the subscription without losing anything.
